ValenciaWorld™ provides a Free tour booking service
for
people who are considering buying property in Spain. We work in conjunction
with land developers in the Valencia region located off the east coast of Spain to provide custom built
properties in the locations that suit you. Our architects have come up with some excellent designs that
take best advantage of the 10,000 m2 available plots.
Airport pick up and drop off at Hotel choice. Depending on the time of arrival we will have a tour in the afternoon or arrange to meet later on in the evening for dinner.
Area tour taking in local villages, places of interest, golf courses, rivers,
mountains, lakes etc.
The afternoon will involve viewing existing properties
in various locations, focusing on plot sizes and different designs and
styles of houses including visiting show houses.
Selecting plots and consulting on design features with our architects. Opening of Bank account and N.I.E numbers.
Introduction to lawyers and Airport drop off if required.
Evening dinner will be provided on day 1. Lunches will be provided each day. You will be free to relax in the evening time allowing you time to consider what you have viewed each day.
